VILLA YASEMIN IN SARIGERME

Family run Yasemin Villas are four individual villas grouped around a large shared terrace and adjacent swimming pool, ideal for couples & families and groups.

Situated on the Sarigerme beach road at the entrance to the village of Osmaniye, the villas are only 800m from the beach and 20m from the main street.

Downstairs each villa has a large open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen, lounge with balcony and a cloakroom with WC. The front door opens on to the shared terrace from which steps lead down to the large swimming pool.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a shower room with WC & sink.

The bedrooms have their own balcony and air-conditioning unit. The villas are fully managed and serviced by English speaking local Turkish staff who will ensure your stay is relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.

Number of Units in total 4 and each unit includes followings ;
2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, 2 Single Beds and 1 Double Bed

Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe and balcony.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and balcony.

Upstairs is shower room with WC and sink, Downstairs is also a WC

All bedding and towels for use in the villas are supplied and changed weekly. Please note that the towels are not for use around the pool or on the beach, own beach towels need to be brought with you.

Upto four person can accomodate in one Villa.

for the season of 2012 rental price per accommodation, per day is £80

Booking can be only a minimum of one week

A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required to be paid on booking.

The remaining balance can be paid on arrival

This is a self catering accommodation.
