	The apartment is located in a small development comprising of three blocks and a total of twelve flats completed in 2008. It is situated in a quiet position a 10 minutes steep walk above the village centre with its shops, restaurants and bars.
	The large pool - 80sq.m (1.5 m constant depth) and surrounding terrace is a particular feature with its fabulous views across the bay. There is also a children’s pool. Reclining sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. Next to the pool there is a shared barbecue.
	The large living area is very comfortable and generous and also capable of accommodating two extra sleepers.
	Leading from the living room is a balcony with sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. On the ground floor there is a utility room providing ample storage and washing machine. The two showers have more than adequate hot water.
