Lovely 2 bedroomed apartment set on the hill overlooking Sarigerme and the golf course.

The village and beach are only a short walk away. There is parking outside the apartment.

There is one bedroom with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool.	There is a fully fitted bathroom which has a shower and a toilet.

	The apartment is fully fitted with everything for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The apartment shares a large swimming pool which looks out over the sea and golf course.
	The ground floor has an open plan kitchen and living room with air conditioning and a balcony. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob. The living room has TV and DVD and a very comfortable sofa bed.

Up the spiral staircase to the main bedroom which is huge and has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
There is an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and toilet.

Payments :
We take 20% non refundable deposit to secure the booking 8 weeks before departure.
The final amount is payable two weeks before departure.

Deposit :
£100 deposit is payable in cash when you arrive in case of breakages or damage. This is refunded at the end of your stay after the apartment is checked and found to be clear of any damage and that nothing is broken.
