This villa is ideally situated within the AkDeniz Villa complex, situated only a few meters from the large shared pool so it is not too far to go for a quick dip before breakfast and the cafe is right next to the pool.
This villa has just recently been renovated to an extremely high standard. It has extensive use of imported Russian Pine and Marble. It has also just had air conditioning fitted to all the bedrooms and the downstairs living area so you can keep cool during the hot summer evenings.
Outside there is a marble terrace with a screened area with table and chairs for a relaxed meal in the cool shade.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living space which consists of a fully fitted kitchen with Bosch oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and large larder fridge freezer. There is a dining area with table and 4 chairs and a lounge area with 2 sofas, a marble fireplace, Digital TV and DVD player. Also on the ground floor is a W.C. and wash basin. The whole of the downstairs has marble flooring.
A marble staircase takes you to first floor where there are 2 double and one single bedrooms. There is a luxury marble tiled shower room which also houses a concealed washing machine.
Up a further marble staircase is the roof which has a large terrace area with views of the surrounding hills and complex. Half the terrace is covered for shade with the rest open to the sun. The terrace also has bamboo furniture and two sun loungers.

An additional payment of £100 is required as a deposit for any breakages that occur during your stay. After your visit, the villa will be checked and any breakages will be deducted from this deposit. The remaining monies will be returned. This deposit will be taken as part of the final payment.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
The remaining 80% plus the breakages deposit will be due 2 weeks before departure.
