WHEN IT COMES TO MOSQUITOS , DALAMAN AIRPORT IN THE EVENINGS IS TERRIBLE , PLEASE PUT SOME REPPELLING STUFF ON BEFORE YOU LIEVE THE BUILDING .
There are Mosquitos in Sarigerme .The last thing you need is a Bite from these litle monsters .I know you will take some creams or sprays with you. But they don't work on our Mosquitos very well , the repelling sprays they sell in Turkey is fantastic.
You can buy it almost in any store.
We call it SINKOV. It is a powerfull stuff .
After your shower in the evening ,simply spray all on your naked parts of your body (you must avoid eyes) as well as on your clothing.
Don't be afraid ,spray alot ..
Remember , this little monsters do come out before the sunset.
Especialy when there is no breeze.
When people do get bit by the Mosquitos , they got swallen legs and arms as well as itch ...So, they rush to Doctor with hope that the doctor can give something to get rid of the swelling and the itch. But , unfortunatly there isn't any proper cure for it. You do spent few days very uncomfortable.
So , as soon as you get there hit the road to purchase a SINKOV spray . There is also another brand called Johnson , its good stuff too.
IMPORTANT :
I understand that some people are buying Colone (lemon stuff) from the markets as mosquito repelling.
Please beware that ,that stuff is useless and does not work at all. DO NOT BUY. (Check out Cons section on this site)
