Hi all and welcome to June, the sun is shining and its getting nice and busy in the village, however it rained this morning, so I’ve put a complaint in to the weather department
Well what’s happening around here I hear you shout, well we have a 24hour doctors now, to go with the chemist so that is fantastic. We have a few more clothes and souvenir shops in the village. We have a new handbag store where the original tattoo shop was just past the Sarigerme bar.
We have the new nightclub that is up towards Sarced I went and found it to be a bit pricey but it is a nightclub after all, nicely decorated, music was quite good but was very quiet but hopefully this will change as the season picks up.
At the bottom end of the village behind the taxi rank, they have now completely refurbished the public toilets next to the car park and where the sarced bus picks up.
Going towards the holiday village hotels they have finally completed the path along there all the way so that’s a lot better.
There is also a reflexology shop where all different massages etc are available such as full body, back, neck and shoulder, special therapy, lymphatic drainage, anti stress, sports, anti cellulite, Tibetan detox, royal Thai, cupping, and foot reflexology all massages last either 30 or 60mins and prices range between 18 and 72 GBP. They also do facials laser acupuncture, and eyebrow shaping or tinting these last between 15-90mins and prices range between 5 and 41GBP. They were originally based in the Allin hotel but this is now the Robinson Hotel and has now moved into the village and has been doing this work for 20years and run by a man and his wife.
There is a new actual off license shop selling purely cigarettes and alcohol. Bottles of imported spirits are available like vodka, baileys, whiskey gin etc. and are priced between 45-60 lira so about average prices, wine seemed a bit more expensive than supermarket but about the same as other markets in the village and stuff, imported cigarettes are the same price as anywhere else.
